Since I was a ghost when I logged off, when I logged back in I had 1 hp. There was a hostile treant right next to me so I immediately died when I logged back in. I think I'll just start over again.

In my opinion you should have been reinstated at full health, which was your status when you dismounted and the glitch occurred. There was no way for you to know you would log in alive, with only 1 hp. This is an unfair death!

Hi, I just completed the Ironman Challenge on my char Vandergrift. I already died on an old char with the same name, had to create a new one with the exact same name (who just reached 80 without failure).
May this be the reason I can't claim the mount directly from the site?

Hello, you are level 14 so you should just start over. Death review is for rare unfortunate cases for higher level characters. Also next time provide some evidence in case you die again.
