I am trying to get back into playing but having an issue. Client downloaded and opened. Username and Password typed in, get the following error "Information entered not valid".

Can anyone help me fix this please? I just want to play.

Im playing from India.. When i traced this the ping was over 3K ms..

That shows 205ms which is normal over that distance. But it looks like you have packet loss issues, this could happen if someone in your network is downloading too much.

EDIT: In case anyone gets a similar problem: turning off uTorrent seemed to solve it. Addons didn't matter.

I'm having issues with random disconnects. Here is the data:

I don't see issues with the trace. One possibility is packet loss at random times while it's fine at other times. I remember disconnects can also happen from some addons so try disabling them to troubleshoot further.
