Same ACCOUNT NAME and CHARACTER NAME

I opened this topic because i really want to have my account from Spermik here in TrueWow. But unfortunately, my account from Spermik does not exist here in TrueWoW. I did login my account in Spermik's homepage and i successfully logged it in. And i read that if you have the same account name on Spermik and in TrueWoW, you have to add a perion (.) at the beginning of your account name for your Spermik account. And unfortunately, it says that my account doesn't exist. Please help me with this one. Thank you.

I guess he was PMing with me instead of you... But from what I can remember, this is solved now. His inactive Spermik account had to be recovered.
