Error: This request is not assigned to you.

Hi, I've recently made an account for this realm but I've been getting a strange error when trying to transfer a character over from retail to TrueWoW. The error shows up at the screen with the submit information button. It reads "error: this request is not assigned to you."

My request ID is 25127 if that helps.

Yes, that's because GMs, not the players themselves, handle the transfers. If the transfer request has been submitted: Give them a few days to look over and complete your transfer, and welcome to TrueWoW!

If the transfer request itself is failing, then you've probably run into a bug, and a dev will likely be by to take a look at it.
Wind be with yeh.

Yup. Same here. At the final stage, where you hit "submit" to submit the request, I also get a message that says "Error: This request is not assigned to you." This leaves the request incomplete

This is a dev issue, hold up as we await Nuko's presence.

I believe I fixed this yesterday.

Let me know if it's still an issue though.
