Lost account

Hello, i forgot the username of another account i have used before a couple of years back. Since i can't post personal information when i'm requesting support, i tried to PM an admin but the site told me that i'm not authorized to use that feature because i ''just registered here''. I only know the email used for this account, can an admin give me permission to retrieve my username?

Are you able to join the Lobby IRC channel through the Chat website button? Or access the support channel on our Discord? We can open up a private chat with you there to help you recover the account.

After our conversation in IRC, i later got a senior staff member to check the records, and the email addresses you provided me with does not match any game or forum account here. Sorry.

I checked the emails and these didn't return any results by queries used against

* Registrar mail for game account
* current in-use for game account
* used to register forum account

Unless you gave Ravenseeker wrong emails, this is a tricky one.
