It's been 2 hours, I've given up and headed to bed. Hopefully others will receive some info or get to play tonite.

Tried server attempts and I get the Unable to connect prompt or log in server is down prompt.

Yeah i have the same problem, got it just before u posted the thread aswell so i am really hoping that hey will fix it, or atleast write anything here^^

Both servers went offline about 5am server time, both still offline as of 8.30am server time.

Strange that they still show toons logged in, which I had never seen before when it shows the servers as offline. Seems like a serious problem like a power outage or something. Hopefully someone who knows will inform us of the problem.

The online count is because of the way data is handled by the game engine. Trinitycore (and other servers of its family) keep all the game state data in memory, dumping it to disk every few minutes. What you're seeing is the number of people online as of the latest data dump, which would have been shortly before the big crash.

Yeah i DCed aswell around that time, been playing some other games meanwhile but its wierd that peeps still are online

Thanks for the info, figured it was something like that; and since that dump usually still happens after the server goes offline (which it must since every other time ive seen the server offline it shows the pop as 0), I suppose the fact that it hasn't done that makes it likely this is a serious problem. Not to mention it's closing in on 4 hours down.

Hope we get an ETA soon, would be a shame to lose a whole sunday.
