Big Problem!!

Hello there!! I didn't logged on this server by 3 months and i forgot the password.. The problem is i received the mail and i activated the password, another problem is i can't change it on Account Manager and i can't join into the game.. So, can you help me with the password?? Cause i don't remember it, i tried to resend it and nope, still not get any mail, just that one.. Can you help me with the password please? I can't log in on the game, and i got banned...
