Hmm.

Using the model ID that the characters use by default will not work, as you keep the skin of your original character. i.e. be a Tauren and morph to 56 (Night Elf female), you'll end up with a furry skin texture. So this out of question.

The model IDs brought up come from these and the transporter malfunction Alliance / Horde. Even if they worked with the WoD-models, we would still lack a lot of race + gender models. Troll Female, Orc Male, Undead Male & Female, Night Elf Female, Draenei Male and Dwarf Female are missing. And with WoD-models, only Gnome, Human, Blood Elf and female Draenei appear to work.

I don't think there are model IDs for every race that shows your armour. So maybe we need to go for another solution?

In that case, you might as well implement the ones that work fine (whichever ones from my previous post) and leave the ones that don't work as belf / human (really dislike the forced gnome tbh). That way at least it's something. Otherwise, just the default race model settings of the CF BG patch should be fine.

That's gnome, human, blood elf and draenei (female only). Pretty much the same as it is now.

From next update, you can no longer be awarded the wrong side's honour titles. Incorrectly ones, that are already obtained, will be removed on login.

I have implemented cross-faction battlegrounds on the revamp (PTR), which will replace what we have on live eventually. It should be enabled from tomorrow on the PTR, with minimum 1 player per side (2 for cross-faction) to start the battleground.

To ensure that the live release goes smooth, I would appreciate if someone could test it out.

This is what I had to fix for the current version. These should be checked. EotS should also be looked at, as that will be released on PrimalWoW around the same time.
  • Disconnecting as fake-race will make you forget languages until you relog outside the battleground.
  • You can get some achievements that should be unobtainable.
  • There's no blocking mechanism once a battleground has started. If 5 people queue, it will be 3v2 instead of 2v2 + 1 in queue.
  • Balance mechanism bases on class. i.e. rather have 1 hunter + 1 warrior vs mirror than 2 hunters vs. 2 warriors.
  • Don't allow guild invites while fake races.
  • You do not gain reputation playing for the Alliance team in Arathi Basin.
  • Reputation doesn't stop at exalted.
  • Don't gain reputation for the wrong faction in Alterac Valley.
  • Review Alterac Valley Factions.
  • Don't award opposite faction's honor titles.

Change Gnome visual back to Human please (like it was at start). Not all Horde are fans of playing as a Gnome.
I can't and won't speak for every single person here but everyone on Horde (that I've spoken to) strongly dislikes it.
There's no point in having Gnome if we can't have the other races due to missing IDs, etc.
Leave it on defaults of Blood elf and Human.

I support it, nobody likes gnomes. Or goblins.

If I was horde, and I was forced to play Ally, I would prefer Dwarf or Draenei...
Just saying.
Spoiler:

My opinion is compromised though: If I could, all my characters would be either dwarves or orcs.

Unfortunately, my main classes are Druid and Mage, so yeah... Must play what is available to me
