After a little search I found this very helpful addon: Dungeon Finder Bang.

It will play a sound file when the dungeon finder's accept window pops up.

You can replace the mp3 for a different sound. Be sure to download the 3.3.0 version that one works here (I use it).

Blinking tray icon would have been perfect but there doesn't seem to be a way to da that.

Edit: you need to tick 'Sound in Background' but no need to activate ingame sound.
