This is our Development Question & Answers thread. Ever had any questions regarding our server's development you'd like to ask? Is there something from the change logs that wasn't introduced clearly enough? Would you like to know the development status on something specific? Ask it here.

In general, this is the first stop on end-line community feedback. Here you'll have the opportunity to contact the ones working on your server directly and we'll be addressing your questions at the best of our capabilities.

This thread will follow certain rules that go as-is to remain always on-topic:

Tell me , when do you plan to fix all the bugs in sindy and LK encounter , especially in HC versions?

Afaik they are all reported and long known.

Sindy : MT getting Beacon (and no , not aggro issue)
Beacon sometimes not showing on raid member , nor in debuff list and member ends up freezing whole raid cause of that

LK : 1st Necrotic Plague sometimes not appearing
Vile Spirits coming down and exploding on raid while we are getting sucked in FM chamber
Falling throught ground in FM chamber and getting a wipe that can't be avoided
Spirits in FM chamber randomly blinking and appearing dosents of them and exploding on random raid members
Raging spirits that remain alive at start of p3 start spaming silence every second and killing everyone if he doesn't get stunned asap
Same Ragings sometimes ''Immune'' to stuns
Spirits in p3 went right through tanks that were soaking and killed everyone who was hiding behind LK
Druids shapeshifting in FM falling down through structures
Inside FM , bombs spaming everywhere sometimes making it imposible to survive
Getting ported in FM nad instantly dying cause sppirits inside camping and insta exploding on entering

I listed all I could think off , and most issues are here for a long time , yet noone seemed to work on them

I would love to know whenwill you fix next:

- Rubble and Roll (10 Player) *Kologarn* - Ulduar - Been reported since.
- Supermassive (10 Player) *Algalon* - Ulduar - Wasn't checking but i think its reported on bugtracker.
- Take Out Those Turrets (10 Player) - *FL* - Ulduar - Same as those i meantioned.
- Cannon range <IoC> + Gy bug <IoC> + Siege Bug <IoC>

Would love to know aswell what Cherno asked along with those,which are bugged since,and i hope for them each month,each update,month by month...

Dude im doing ulduar regullary for over an year , and this never happened , never . U just didnt notice red crap on ground , it happens sometimes .

I suggest you leave the devs (Nyeriah) to respond instead of creating discussions here.

I don't this thread is meant for discussion about a bug, but rather the current status of what is being done to address the bug. And of course other relevant devolopment questions.

@ Sindragosa, Lich King, Ulduar: It's hard to say when will these issues be fixed. I'm not currently working on them, but I can't speak for every developer on that. They'll eventually be getting fixes, sporadically.

@ Wilcox: I don't have any knowledge about the issue you're reporting, please open a bug report about it. It may indeed be a reflection of that commit Chasity has linked, seeing it used to deal no damage before.

What about ID reset issues? It happens a lot lately , and its really annoying , also abusable , but that's not issue I care about , I care about reruning LK for example next day and loging on to see no ID at all?

1 more thing , do you ever plan to fix issue with CB with Tirion / Croc in icc?

suggestion : make some command to clear combat log that players can use? I mean if you have idea on how to make it work without having a possibility of players abusing. It's really annoying when you are stuck in cb with croc and it keeps coming back after wipes , and there is no GM online to fix it...

this! well, instead of a command, I'd simply turn those bugging NPC's non-combat? does that solve things?
