Keeping track of party members' buffs

I've been searching for an addon which allows me to keep track of the buffs I've casted on party members (sacred shield, blessing of kings, etc) and haven't had any luck. What I'm looking for is something that will display the buff icon and its duration right under or next to the party member's portrait frame, something which would probably be possible through addons such as PowerAuras, but for which I want to use something lightweigh and simple. Was wondering if anybody knew a good way to get this done.

I use Xperl, which the guy above in the video also does. It's quite good you can customize the buff/debuff size.

Not sure if I understood what exactly u look for...but I use grid raid frames that has icons per spell with its own tracking system...so u can track the duration of buff/debuff as a spell icon inside the player´s grid...then I use quartz+separate plugin for tracking buff/debuff...also usable above/under player portrait (with numerical timer)...this is probably what u looked for...and as a third addon I use RaidCooldowns...displays a separate pannel with already used cooldowns of other raid members...for ex. Rebirths, Hand of Protection etc...and shows remaining cooldown the player has on rebirth lets say.

You can customize HealBot in such a way to show every buff you want + actions usable when u acces on its tabs

use pally power for buffs , it tells you what class have you buffed with your buff and who is missing what, its pretty simple also

I was mainly interested in only the buffs I've casted, but I guess xperl does the job well enough, I just don't like how it changes the default portrait frame.

All my abovementioned addons are fully customizable. Quartz plugins for buff/debuff timers dont change player portraits. And you can easily filter the timers you want to see being tracked. Grid also allows you to choose which buffs/debuffs you want to see within the raid frames UI (you can set it only to your own buffs or also buffs of other players used on other players)

I appreciate the answers, however I want to emphasize I'd very much prefer if the buffs were displayed right next to, under, or over the party member's portrait, and not on their unit frame on grid or other addons. Having said that, what functionality does Grid exactly provide for displaying the buffs? So far I tried xperl, it looks decent enough and gets the job done.
