The Lich King's Last Stand missing box

Hello,

I killed LK in icc25n and i forgot to put on my Shadowmourne because i was tanking. I didn't think that it has to be equipped so my quest was not completed. Can i get my quest completed without having to achieve another kill? You can check me in the armory for proof of my Shadowmourne - Snikolaev. And i am posting 2 screenshots as proof of my kill and no completion of the quest and no box.

Hello, before I say anything I would like to be sure that I am not misunderstood, I am not accusing maker of this post for bug abuse of any kind, this just seemed like a nice spot to report a bug (if it is not reported so far).

Thing is once you kill Lich King for first time with Shadowmourne, loot chest and turn in items from chest for rewards, quest is not marked as completed in quest log, how ever, when you kill LK next time, chest wont drop again, so you will end up with uncompleted quest in quest log but you wont be able to get a drop from boss again. Also there is one more bug that I came up with, and that is chest dropping from LK 10 man. I would not like to tell name of the player who looted quest that way, not came here to report people but bugs.

I'll fix the credit for this quest again for next update, as for the sealed chest even if you got two boxes you can only turn in the items for rewards once so no harm done, as for the item dropping in 10n that's with the database people

Reward items are Unique, there for you cant have two of same, but they are also BOE, so hypothetically if you would somehow receive 2nd chest, all you have to do is to send items from 1st chest to alt/friend/sell on AH, and turn in 2nd chest. Or there is something else that is preventing that?

You get quest items from the chest and you need to return the quest so you can exchange the quest item for the actual item. Once you return them they will be marked as a rewarded and you will be not able to accept the quests again. So doesn't matter if you have one or 1000 chests you can get only 1 of each items.

It does seem like this issue has already been solved as it was discontinued or no longer followed up
by the original poster.

Usually a 7 days deadline is issued after the last contact attempt from a Staff member, which might be
directly expressed on the thread or sent by personal messages.
