Website account doesnt work

Hi, I came back after the BC merge, my in-game account WORKS, but website account doesn't works.It should be same password. I tried my old password too and doesn't work. I need to log in on website for voting. I tried also to recover my password but I don't see any secret question so I can't answer them.

You possibly have a certain character in your password that our website doesn't accept so it needs to be changed. I believe the in-game command should be able to do the trick without GM help but I could be wrong.

No, i have only letters (7) on my password.I can't change it in game look at the screenshot . I think it's a merge problem, I mention that i can log in game with the proper password. 1. Can't acces truewow website 2. Can't change password in-game

It just needs to be changed by an admin.
