Even cows do not digest cellulose themselves. But they have some bacterias that will do it for them.

We also have the bacterias in our bodies, but because of they usually digest the cellulose for their own use.

But still, it doesn't mean that we aren't omnivores. This is something proven to everyone. Even if we don't directly use the cellulose, they do benefit us in different ways. The cellulose is a type of fiber and it helps the food to move in your body and it prevents different diseases.
