Please take the time to make a properly write up a suggestion if you wish for us to consider it.
As for this idea that you quoted, someone already explained some of intricacies of it (along with the headaches it would bring to make it a reality).

From creating this from scratch, to modifying the armory or the pvp stats page to provide a way to track it and of course, maintaining it with every subsequent update whilst keeping up with our current to-do list.
Given our limited resources, I doubt this can be implemented at the present time.
Furthermore, 1v1 was never intended to be competitive nor balanced.
Neither was 2v2 or 5v5 in this patch.Ghostcrawler himself once said that 3v3 was the only competitive and balanced form of PvP that existed in this expansion, and by extension, possibly the game itself.
In the mean time, a system already exists for this known as duels. Just use that.
