(PRIMAL) Enable BoJ drops from t4 & t5 raid bosses with the release of BT.

As the title states please add

While I know this might not be blizzlike since this only happened with Patch 2.4 it would be good change for newer players.

I think adding this early could be a bad idea because it gives even less reason to do the heroics which are allready hardly being done. i would be ok with adding this with the release of Zul'aman though.

How about adding them to only the t4 raids for now and adding to t5 raids once ZA is released ?
