PW - QoL - 150% Flying at Lvl 60.

I suggest we change 150% flying to be learnable at Lvl 60 instead of Lvl 70 as it is currently.
This would be a quality of life increase to leveling in Outlands.

I'd say no, for same reason we have basic riding at 40 and not on 30 or 20 until the coresponding "patch" emulation etc.

Hell no. If I had to suffer through the bullshit that is leveling with a normal mount. Then new levelers and alts should too. Besides, you have something to look forward to when you're 70 (68 for druid).

yeah, sorry, possible good idea for people leveling alts who just want to get though it all quick. but i would say no also

-1. It is supposed to be level 70 to get first flying skill. Later in BC you will can get flying skill at lvl 60
