(PW) add a neutral bank npc in blasted lands

In blasted lands there's a couple neutral quests from those blood elves requiring you to pick up a bunch of beast parts but they aren't quest items because the parts are shared for each of the quests so when you turn one in, the other quests don't register as completed unless you trade them back and forth, put them in a bank and take it out, or pick up and do each quest 1 by 1.

The closest bank for horde is in BB so after I went back and forth once I just said fuck it and abandoned the quest.

My suggestion is if there was a bank npc next to the BE's then you could turn all the quests in at once as a work around. You might have to add quest text saying to put them in the bank and take it out tho for those who are unaware of the bug.

That or fix the turn in q:

Being able to do only one at once is blizzlike, it worked that way on retail servers.
