Wait wait, are you considering Devs (and server) would stop working if PW reach RS25hc and asking not to that happen? Or are you asking that when it reach RS25hc to start making custom raids?

Well, you can explain your ideas better in a private message if you don't wish to do so in public. Though from seeing the apparent nature of your suggestion maybe it'd save time if it was discussed in public either way.
