Add [Arcanite Ripper] to vote shop.

Arcanite Ripper could only be obtained from the scourge invasion event that never happened on TW. Since its a vanity item i think it could be added to the vote shop like many other similiar items.

i support this though! if this item is reasonless, then why is corrupted ashbringer in the vote shop? besides the arcanite ripper has a fun cast. it indeed is a vanity item. also the black tabard from the same event should be on vote shop too. (forgot it's name)

- I had this item years back,before i transfer'd on this server, and when i came here,they took it away from me, w/o even saying anything. Now few ppl want it to be added? Altrough i would love this item again,i say no,not like this,not here,not now. -1

This was suggested earlier & rejected, I doubt the staff would change their mind about it, though doesn't hurt to ask.
But all hope is not lost as Nyeriah has plans to implement the Scourge Invasion event at a future date so we might be able to obtain this item in-game, like it was meant to be acquired.
