Spawn WG Weekly Quest Givers

If there is a way to have the quest givers back it would enable players to receive honor points and Stone Keeper shards to help them make vendor purchases there as another option for gears, enchants, etc. Thanks~

working on it - will get added in next update.

EDIT: q givers will get visible only in base horde/alliance camps, some of them are spawned in wg base, these will get skipped.

EDIT2: adding vendors too but making them to immune to any attack or any sort of combat.

EDIT3: vendors, which sells items for "Wintergrasp Mark of Honor", this currency temporally will get replaced by "Emblem of Trumph"
