TRUEWOW REALM SUGGESTION

We've had quite a number of new players or older players with new alts who, naturally, have terrible gear, but are willing to join in with some/other older TW players and farm dungeons for better gear, while boosting realm activity at the same time. However, most of the time they find themselves hindered by not being able to queue for random heroic dungeons or FoS PoS HoR dungeons (often not even for Normal mode, since, apparently, even though you should be able to join those dungeons even if you are not even level 80 yet, there is a Gearscore requirement for that too).

Can we please consider removing Gearscore requirements for Random Heroic Dungeon and FoS/PoS/HoR (both modes)?

I believe the realm could really benefit from this, as there are plenty of us out there who would often queue and help those players out.

You may correct me and say it's actually an item level requirement - even if it is, it does not change the fact it's detrimental to the realm's activity.

HoR is virtually undoable if you do it with low geared players. If you get paired with an undergeared tank or healer the others might be rather rough. I agree with the rest though, it matters little.

I agree, FoS / PoS is really great dungeons for fresh 80s. HoR would be exactly as Nyeriah said, hard to accomplish, which it is at its currently set gear requirement aswell. I've been through runs where 5.4-5.7 people couldn't handle it even

I'm not going to lie though, I do feel it's somewhat pointless though as these dungeons are ran as frequently as any RHC, very rarely that is. But quite frankly I'm up for anything that might get us new raiders asap, so yep

Also, regarding HoR, I would still remove ilvl/gs requirement for that dungeon as well, because:

1. if you, as a lower geared player, get into an OP group, you can be boosted, and
2. if the group is not OP overall, people are gonna relog and re-queue for a different dungeon anyway.

Usually, 3 or 4 players in every RHC group are OP for the content.

So, why not give the player at least an opportunity to sometimes get boosted in HoR as well?

Yea… no. If you que rhc without doing a premade with friends, the chance is that there is 1 tops 2 OP char in the RHC. There are a lot of low geared players on TW who are active in RHC. Now when brewfest is up, the "OP" players que coren and that's it.

I agree that requirment can be removed on FoS/PoS but I think it should remain on HoR.

So, what is the status of this suggestion?

Maybe take the average GS of all members of a premade group, that way you won't accidently end up with 4 undergeared people in solo Q. I don't know what the queue looks like on TrueWoW, just an idea.

That would be adding unnecessary complications.

There is absolutely no need for any sort of gear requirement for anything except, perhaps, HoR HC.

i saw an issue its kinda related ..
when u do a dungeon , any of them , u cant do it again even if u que random
my mean is we were 4 in group we did 1 specific dungeon , then we qued rhc and que missed tank , i qued specific with my tank to do that dungeon again but got in other rhc group , i tried couple of times , but it doesnt work anymore

u guys know better ppl farm 3 4 dungeon more than others because of better gear and etc , so whats wrong with it ?

u want to remove gs req from rhc to do fos pos hor for new players ? ( i dont belive this)
anyway , u want help them ?????? , ok but can u tell me what is point of removing gs req when u can't spam fos / pos /hor ? or any other dungeons ??
for doing 1 of them perday , u dont need Rhc , u can LFG and find few player to go inside through walking with 0 gs

same for the staff that peeked into this.
