heya, i realised yesterday that i can only obtain enchanting vellum 2 on primal wow. but vellum 3 is needed for enchants like deathfrost and and executioner later on. i realised when i could not put deathfrost on the available enchanting vellum for a guildie. i think it would be nice if the vellum 3 was made available and i also think the price of vellums is a little much. 6g a pop when you have to make multiple vellums to level up or something can add up.

Especially since you can already put even mongoose on a vellum, it would be cool to be able to at least have a vellum for deathfrost since the enchant isn't available and won't be for a long time.

I think I know where to find the custom edit used to add the lower level vellum. I'll modify for level 3 and submit a fix for it tonight. Might take a week to go live, Natnat.

Just submit so it should go live at the next update application. You can confirm on PTR where the fix is already available and working. Going to move thread to accepted since this has now been addressed.
