2) As you can see from the parses, HT/Regrowth were not used, so nerfing HT is meaningless from my point of view
3) With druid healing nerfs they have now having lower output than other healing classes (except maybe holy priest)
Rejuvenation didn't actually get touched despite what's been mentioned in official announcements ('Rejuvenation - Nerfed by 15%'), healing touch did.
Since HT wasn't used and rejuvenation wasn't actually changed, there'd have been no difference before and after the patch.
In the 1st place, the playing mechanics of rest druid is a bit different from pure wotlk becos of lack of Nourish, and its actually very difficult to depend on Healing Touch to heal because its extremely slow compared to the big heals of other classes. If anything, Healing Touch should be un-nerfed to encourage its use...

Unless the main tank is extremely geared/skilled, quite unlikely for a rest druid to keep him up in raids. Even if even he is, very few rest druids can manage to solo heal the MT (if any at all) in end games instances (i.e. kara/25mans)

Back to your point above, my point is - if a spell hasnt been used much anyway because it's not viable, why bother to nerf it further?

We should review the rationale behind nerfing HT. Was it because rest Druids were having too much mana over other classes? Or was it because the rationale was to make sure Druids can never successful heal a main tank in raids i.e. paladin/priests should be healing the main tank to make them more viable vs rest druid?

4) I think Holy priest probably needs some kind of buff, they are just not v good at the moment to be honest. I have no data to prove my case except we dun really see them around... and i have zero clue on how priests work.

Our Holy Priests do quite well.

CoH works quite well with spellsurge

Holy priest can easily top healing in 25 man raids.
No one can see what's in my pocket.

My take on things:

Healing touch nerf was absolutely unnecessary, why did this ever go through?
The rejuvenation nerf was never implemented...
All healers are in a good spot atm, they each have their own strengths.
The best way to nerf druids (absolutely not necessary) is to mess with their mana sustain.

niether is asking for a buff when you have no clue about the state of the class

Ok i think everyone is taking the point about the holy.priest the wrong way. I already said I have no clue about holy priests and I made the comment in a ? (I m not sure) manner.

If holy priests and everyone else think they are fine, so be it. The only reason I made the comment was I hardly see them around and both me and Natnat are curious to know why.

I have no priest toon and no intention to make one.

That's fine and honest, I'd just suggest not starting your point with "I think Holy priest probably needs some kind of buff", and now you have the answer :)

Hey just saw the logs you posted, the first tab "DM" is kind of usless (Admins told me when I submitted it to them privately just after we ran that Kazzak and the Doomwalker) as that raid was 40 man. Proportions of healers and dps + tanks were messed up also on Doomwalker too much ppl died (hence wrong conclusion with hpala topping while when u look at overall HPS it's shouldn't be like that) Also I don't think nerf is applied outside.

What is more, quite probably you gonna taka it again as personal attack (lol), but if hpala can outperform druid by that much on fight like gruul, druid has to die early/ be relay bad /have completely wrong itemization or talents.
For you to decide what happened, wasn't there, can't judge.

@ Deim - you were in that 40 man raid - werent you? It looks to me the holypaladin was less geared than you and still outhealed you but maybe u know something that i dun.

Also i wasnt healing for the 25 mans on the 2 occasions. I was DPS as you can clearly see. so whatever criticism you make on healers in the run will be directed at them, not at me. Looks like you have made comments on a few druids in my 25 runs :)

I will continue posting more data here as we run more 25 mans. Initially i posted the stats of the healers so that ppl can get a feel of their SP/crit level to compare their heals vs their output and fellow healers. However one of the developers mentioned theres no need to post healer's gear as they can look it up themselves.

Feel free to post watever data you have as well and let the numbers speak for themselves.

Yeah I was in that 40 man one, I died at 60% of boss cuz some1 chained me. I have no idea who are you in game :P
Also better thing than just screenshots is to use world of logs addon and upload it to their website. It's more complex and you can see things like that.
