Community Suggestion
## Features both PrimalWoW and TrueWoW.
So, we are all aware of the high amount and endless posts saying they are being banned and are asking why, where all of these has the same issue.
"Login attempt fail 5/5"
Suggestion?
To prevent the mass posting about it, add a huge damn announcement of it once a player is affected by this ban on the forum index. Like the gameaccount announcement, but for this case.
-> If login-restricted = login attempt issue
== Huge announcement, like game-account missing one, at forum index.
Maybe even an automatic-notifier about it, where the user gets a private-message or anything else who grabs their attention through the blinking-avatar effect.
People does afterall attract to blinking objects in first hand, as defined and proved by the terms of UX and UA.
Possibility!
I can by my own experience deem this feature to be a possible implentation, as I do myself have the knowledge behind such an addition. PHP, SQL that is.

Players may now request a removal of the automatically issued bans at every 6 hours. Removing the ban will also reset the failed login counter for the account that caused the ban.
The timer is locked per IP and per user.
An IP can only be unbanned once at every 6 hours.
A user can only request IP ban removals for any IP once at every 6 hours.
Furthermore, the text has also been adjusted to more clearly specify that it relates to the IP ban, and users can either request the removal or wait until it expires.
Additionally, a dedicate section has been added to it at our Support page.
