Anyone who completes The Scepter of the Shifting Sands quest chain before AQ40 is opened will receive the given title + mount on the day of its opening.

Just to be clear, the devs will attribute the rewards to players regardless of being online on the day, without submitting a ticket and regardless of having handed in the weapon quest? Or do we have to logon, submit a ticket and not complete any quests on the day?

You have to complete the whole quest chain before the day it opens, which means you have to turn in the weapon quest as well. If you don't turn in the final quest before it opens, you haven't completed the chain.

I am certain that they will only look at the final quest and see if it is rewarded (turned in) since you would have to complete all other quests in the chain to unlock that quest.

You can hand in the final quest. On the day when AQ opens we will check in database who has completed "The Might of Kalimdor" or "Treasure of the Timeless One" and these people will receive the given title + mount. It will be done manually, most likely, but we will inform you about that when the time comes.

Once again, thanks for implementing but I have one more question.
Is there any news when AQ40 should be released? Last timeline it's from February, and we had one month delay regarding to AQ20 release. According to that, I guess we have time atleast to July?
