Recruit A Friend or double xp weekends

I would like to suggest Recruit A Friend system like the retail one. This would incourage more people to join the server. In addition it would speed a bit the leveling.In retail as far as i recall you get 3x xp while in party with the recruited friend. (I know the recruit of friend was introduced just before wotlk so it wasnt in vanilla).

Also i would like to suggest double xp weekends. During the weekends the xp rates to be boosted to 2x which will increase players peeks and improve the leveling process.

I am happy to hear any feedback from the comunity on the topic.
