The pvp titles should flag you for pvp permanently.

Maybe the devs could create some sort of interaction between having a PvP title activated and being flagged to PvP.
That could be cool... at least showing off a highly prestiged title would mean something more then just HK farming.

People who truly want to stay away from the PvP aspect of the game can simply choose not to wear these titles. It's still optional and does not take away any part of the PvE aspect.
