To further detail what the options in our service tab provide:

Rename - Forcefully renames your character (does not include any other additional customization, only the name changes). It's prompted on your first login attempt, no visual indicators will be available on your character screen. You can't rename the character to the same name it previously had.

Character Customization - Allows changing the looks of your character, like face, facial hair, hair style, skin color and gender.
- Does not include faction change.
- Does not include race change.
- Does not include class change.
- Includes name change.

Race Change - Allows changing the race of your character within the same faction (including looks and gender).
- Does not include faction change.
- Does not include class change.
- Includes race change.
- Includes name change.

Faction Change - Allows changing from one faction to another, including race change from one faction to another (including looks and gender).
- Does not include class change.
- Includes faction change.
- Includes race change (from one faction to another).
- Includes name change.

Character restoration
- Restore a character deleted within 90 days. After that, the character is permanently deleted and can no longer be restored.
- If the name of the deleted character is already taken, you will need to choose another name. You'll require a game master's assistance for that.


Any other additional features not mentioned are not included in the services we provide.
