Hi, new to your server and gotta say, looks good so far. Just one question, is it possible to make multiple accounts. I spend a lot of time playing on my own when work permits it and I was hoping to make an enchanter on a separate account from my main but when I try it just says that the email is already in use on another account.

You can make as many account as u wish but they have to be on separate emails. Also multiboxing is allowed in PvE if not abusing anything and not queing bgs. Welcome to primal

I downloaded the zip file (torret url didn't work) and when I try to login it takes me to a update screen. After it sits at 0% for a minute or two it says I need to restart and update wow. Click ok, error pops up, and I'm back to login screen. Are the download files expired?

You cannot log in with your email address. Make sure you enter your game account name and you should be fine!

i tried several time but always fail to connect to the server plz any one help

Are you sure you saved the realmlist properly? It should say: set realmlist login.truewow.org

I also had trouble logging in the game despite using the correct reamlist, running via wow.exe and not launcher.exe, config.wtf also seemed to be correct. As mods already said - it is important to login using your Game Account name and not your email. BUT there is another catch! When creating my Game Account via the website i set my password to be 17 chars long! BUT when you try to log in to the game you are limited to a password of (i think) 16 chars long!
Just go to the Account manager and change your password to something shorter than 16 chars.
I'd also like to ask the mods to set a password length limit when creating a Game Account.

Hello, I am brand new to the server. I chose the direct download of the files, rather than the torrent to avoid a flag to my ISP. (A weird thing about this download was that it didn't include an Interface folder to hold addons.)

Anyway, it allows me to log in but then it tries to download a patch and that update fails! The Data/enUS/realmlist.wtf seems to be correct as shown below. ( I also tried deleting all of the commented out lines).

all the commented lines were used for transfers and local ips for my development...

If I do that the login fails completely - maybe the password i selected and pasted when creating the account was truncated but isn't for the login

I'm not sure if there is a limit on PW length

It just states that my account is closed
