He made serveral spins around WSG demonstrating this to us.
Players on SS Sickbrain and Classpain can confirm it.





At second SS you can see mass effect death and decay that doesen't affect him.
I /we was getting message : ""you cant attack this target".

Enable error messages and try to use abilities on him, then screenshot with the error message visible, to make it easer for the GM's to understand what the problem is. Now it merely looks like you're standing next to him saying "wtf" for no reason.
Also, standing without buffs, not attacking anyone, not chasing down objectives.. 1) I don't believe this is an abuse but rather some bug he didn't quite understand he was the victim of, and 2) he's not doing jack shit to anyone, the only fault I can see is filling a useful spot for the allies.

I know there was a bug where if you DC'd in a BG or in a Dungeon (and through the DC got kicked out of the group), when you logged back in you got the normal loadscreen + the loadscreen from the kick out of the instance, and you'd be Unknown for yourself. If you joined a BG while Unknown you couldn't use any type of raid or BG chat, you weren't in the group, and sometimes you'd even go unattackable for the enemy players (altho with a blue hostility color and not red as shown in screenshot). I used to suffer from DC's a lot so I'm talking from experience. Maybe something similar could be happening now?

I can confirm ive seen teroorist using several times lagg switch but he kinda suck with it and wannabe eryx.

The only way i see that happening is when someone dies BEFORE the BG starts, you are unable to attack that person and that person is unable to attack you.

- Your SS kinda sucks, i don´t see anything saying "out of range", "target not in line of sight", "interrupted" which means u could be standing close to the guy without trying to actually attack. or he could just be lagging since your SS shows him in 1 place only and not around the whole WSG as you say.
