He has around 930arp(65%?) so no way of getting perma 100%.
He has around 1038 resilience on gear,armory shows 1423 so thats legit as well.
As well as adding +5% crit chance to himself according to gear.
SSed him like month ago too after I got nice crits vs him in arena and doing literally no dmg to him,and after I realized he has 1480 resi and 100% arp with his gear I knew there was something wrong with him.

I know a dude who does a thing similar to this.
His paladin, specced retribution, twink (what means he is not level 80), does almost 3k damage with Hammer of Wrath (without Avenging Wrath buff) against priest with Dispersion (which reduces all damage taken by 90%).
Such damage, is almost impossible for a level 80 paladin against a level 80 priest, let alone a guy who is several levels far from 80.

I'm certain that most players that join non 80 battlegrounds know him.


I do not have any proof against him for now, but soon, when we meet again, I'll screenshot my combat log to report him.

However, if any GM is interested in investigating this guy as well, I tell his character name, just PM me.

Theres is no doubt that this is a hacker, you should check what gear he even gets.

The violet eye is possible to do in a day but dont think anyone would do it that away but trash mobs give rep and as long as you dont kill any boss you wont get id and people use the same trick when farming icc rep ie kill trash all trash is dead which can be killed without killing a boss disbanding the raid group and making new raid group and then when group enters they will be in new instance with all trash alive again.
