Seeing them do squats really motivated me to change my life and start getting in shape. I was 257lbs before i started squatting with them and i can now say that because of them i have lost 45lbs. Thank you fivecap and friends you guys really changed my life!!

Right click "General" --> "Settings" --> Untick "Emote" --> "Ok"

Saved me from overcrowding my ingore list with worthless alliances faggers... i mean "emote spam pros".

This. Or simply use the Ignore function if it's too much work and you still wanna be able to see yourself spamming emotes as well.

5. Flood, spam and excessive shouting (CaPs LoCk) or use of different text-colours in official ingame and IRC chat channels, general ingame channels or areas with high player concentration.

This was rule braking, and players will be muted, once they are online.
