Quest works fine, wait for a restart, I just added the script on TC 2 days ago. And server has been up for 3 days.

This quest seems to be bugged again, using the item works, killing the mobs that spawn okay, but does not give completion message.

Just tested this quest works its not 100% chance to complete on 1st attempt you must keep on using spinal fluid and killing mobs until it completes
on my first attempt had to use 3 times before quest completed
next attempt did not complete till i used the spinal fluid 5 times
and remember each use may cause upto 3 waves of mobs to spawn including elites,
