When you try to loot the journal, it is empty.

You will probably find this will be fine again after a restart

This happens with gameobjects containing quest items if player opens container and does not loot quest item for some reason like bags full or something

Then container will appear empty to everyone until either player who opened object originally returns and loots item or theres a server restart
