Fixed [12671] Reconnaissance Flight

The quest is working but not able to finish the quest due to the plane flying too low on the ground and the plane sometimes goes underground also.

due to plane flying low on ground all mobs + elites attack the plane and destroy it before you can take control of the plane and go back.

i tried it 3 times all failed the plane got destroyed everytime by an elite mob and i fell underground and died.

Funny how I tested this quest a few minutes before the dc and although during the bit where its on path it does not lift off the ground when it tells you to fly back to it flys then and I was able to complete quest, you just have to wait ages for it to tell you fly back.

so ye first part of quest where you are not flying is bugged as does not take off ground but once it tells you take control flys very well and quest can be completed.

This is already known about and sure has already been reported to tc now even though cant check atm as git it saying page is taking too long to load xd

issue is down to that the accessory (vic) which is meant to mount vehicle as well as player and gives the commentary during the flight does not spawn in the vehicle, and believe this npc is also meant to execute part of the script,
