mob is untargetable because it is asleep... read the quest description once in a while.

"First you have to collect 4 Tough Ram Meat, then you can make a Giant Yeti Meal. Use the meal near this dude to wake him up and kill him."

i got that, placed the meat near him in the mine, and then it was targetable and i killed him.

It is working. /tested in the staff realm.
