[11258] Burn Skorn ,Burn

Hi, when i use the torch inside the howses i have to burn the animation appears, the torch blows on the ground but it doesnt counts towerd quest completion.

I tryed to relog, deleted cache, abandoned then deleted cache, no use.

Other playes ahve completed this befor the recent updates on the server.

I have the same issue with another quest from same quest giver:

Both quests fixed,
