question about an old account

I am writing this to see if by some miracle i can recover my old account that i had here. it was a year or so that i stop playing because joined the army i have been trying to recover the password but since i did not fill the secrets question they appears as disable not does not let me recover the password using the tool. if some know what to do in this situation let know .

i know that is how is suppose to work the thing is that i see that one of my char is still alive and also the account that's i am asking i find that weird.

Yeah it should be possible cos I recovered my old acc as well after a year of not playing. But you would need to donate quite a bit and bring it up to role personally. Now might not be such an ideal time since I've heard he's quite busy.

You're saying you stopped playing almost a year ago, then the account might have been deleted with the cleanup that deletes all the 6+ months inactive accounts. Only Roel can help you out with this.
In case it's not deleted, you will have to PM an SGM+ and provide him with valid proof of ownership so he can recover your password.

Before you PM anyone, please PM me with the account name so I can check if it's deleted or not
