Is this skill working?

Hey guys just like to do a quick check. Is the combat rogue skill Hack and Slash working? It's suppose to give a 5% chance of an extra hit but I don't see any procs in the combat log. Any admin or mod can help me confirm if this is working? Cos it's quite an essential skill to the combat tree. Thanks

Haha thanks arock, it's cool. Just wanted to know cos it's quite a core skill. I read up on trinity that it might be broken. If it doesn't work then there would be quite a problem for combat rogues on truewow
