Weird visual bug

It's like the right and bottom edges of my screen have random colors glowing on it, well the right side is like that and the bottom has random white nubs running along it, and you only see it if you don't have a screen/window/add-on over it, and I can't take a picture of it, so i was just wondering what it is, and it's not majorly annoying, it's like the game it's self, not the UI or anything but the playing screen ripped or something.

well, not sure if i quite get what you meant, but if your screen has some weird stripes or the picture gets messed up and the UI stays normal, then i suggest you update your drivers, if the colors look like greek style for example in Old Kingdom, then this is a issue of your bit rate, if the colors green or red appear near the edges of your screen then there is a possibility that there is a magnet near the screen that effects the screen (speakers or something like that) and also sometimes heavy dust may give the feeling that the colors aint right. If all that mentioned doesnt work or your problem differs then thats out of my league (im just a average computer user :3) and try asking a IT specialist or something like that xD.

Guess it's just some screen tearing, I turned on vertical sync and it made it go away, at the cost of some fps...so *shrug*
