External Transfer

Dear TrueWoW Admins:

I am attempting to complete an external transfer from Warmane (Lordaeron) to TrueWoW. When using your online transfer request there is an issue. Warmane and Lordaeron are both on your approved list. I click the confirm button on Step 2. For step 3 there is only one realm selection: TrueWoW PvP realm. There is no other selection. As a result, I am forced to select the PvP realm.

After I click the PvP realm, step 4 will appear. It says "Please select which type of transfer you would like:". The issue is that the Copy Character feature is not available. When I hover the mouse icon over the Copy Character It says "copy transfers are not available to this realm from your server/realm"

I have an Orc Warlock, level 44 that I wish to copy here to TrueWoW. As a result, I am not able to use the Template Character because the level 44 Warlock does not meet the Template Character requirements. However, my warlock DOES qualify for your Copy Character requirements.

*Edit: I have since abandoned my external character request. But the issue remains the same as described above.

Can you please fix this so that I can submit a Copy Character request?

Truewow is a PVE realm, the transfer page has not been updated. Sorry for the confusion.

Also Warmane server can not be a copy character.

Warmane is on your approved list per your website. Please see screenshots below. Does your approved/denied list also need updated?

We only allow Template transfers from Warmane(as the transfer page itself says).

I am confused. I do not see anything here that says TW only allows template transfers from Warmane. My Orc Warlock from Warmane-Lordaeron is level 44. Lordaeron is a x1 rate realm. In fact it does qualify for copy transfer per your website.

WoTLK Private Servers

Characters level 30 - 80 are eligible for a copy transfer to TrueWoW

Characters level 60 - 80 are eligible for a template transfer to either TrueWoW (level 60, 70 or 80).

Template character gear level is determined by several player statistics including play time and gearscore.

Copy transfers are not accepted from servers with rates greater than x3, custom content or donation gear.

Since Warmane has option to donate for gear, we only allow template transfers from there, and not a copy transfer, even as one approved server on our list, not all server are allowed copies.

On Warmane-Lordaeron, players cannot:

• adjust experience greater than x1 rate

• there is no custom content

• cannot donate for gear

Warmane is also a WotLK based server and not a Vanilla and TBC Private Server as per your screenshot Outsider. TrueWoW leaves me with no option but to give up.

Thank you for explaining and thank you for your time. However, it does sound like the transfer page has not been updated as per response from Dymond. Maybe in the future, TW will consider making changes.
