Hi, i have an issue with a transfer, it says "On the character select screen, you will be presented with the option to change your new character's appearance, race and name.".. im a gnome and i only can select gnomes, and i was a lvl 120 retail transfer, why im lvl 60 and not 70 at least?.. ty

edit1: ok i check the transfer detail yeah Pw is just lvl 60 because reasons blah (ppl is all lvl 70 but ok nvm) but why im stuck as a gnome? ty.

You are correct, all transfers to Primal are capped at level 60.

Try making a ticket in-game stating you need a race change applied to your account as it seems the transfer have gone wrong.
