IP ban

Ive been moving house recently and had no interweb until yesterday (after around 2 weeks off). I decided to log into the game and it wont let me in, and says accoount is closed and ip is banned, i clicked resolve about 3 times now over two days on the website and it keeps saying im banned until later and later times. Im not even sure why..? as ive only put password in once, twice at the most if its miss typed to no avail.
please help! )

Ive tried twice since this post and it just pushes the time further and further back , cant use request for another 4/5 hrs.

Your IP is banned until 2018-10-27 20:01:30 (GMT+1). Reason: "Failed login autoban. Failed login attempts limit exceeded (too many failed logins)."

are you by any chance entering your email address instead of nickname? you are not banned from our side and you know your password, I don't know what else could be wrong

Glad to hear it.
I'll leave this open a few more days (in case of any further issues) before archiving it.
