According the the transfer page, I need a screenshot from the character selection of the client screen. I was hoping the screenshot of my character list from the web interface would be enough as I uninstalled retail WOW a year ago.

Or can I change the realm list and somehow connect using the primalwow client?

Unfortunately you will have to reinstall the game client because this is a security measure for us. The game doesn't have to be fully downloaded you can simply download it to the "Playable" level then open it and take the screenshots necessary.

Make sure all of our requirements are met and your transfer will go through smoothly!

Sorry for any inconvenience but this is just something that helps us get your transfer through as fast as possible.

I assume you got the logging in issues resolved because I saw you reporting a bug earlier? Thank you for that, by the way

If you've decided to level from scratch, dont forget we do offer up to 3x leveling rates if you use the command ".settings rate 3". And you can change it again at any time to 0.5, 1, 2, or 3 rates.

I had to make a new account to log into the game.

I decided to reinstall to get the screencap and put in a request to transfer my main, but I'm leveling a hunter from scratch and am now using 3x.

I may make another for the ironman challenge as well

Looks resolved to me.
