I am not able to turn in my quest for Collection of Goods.

I have all the materials as well as the 150 gp for Elmore, but I am not able to hit continue. (.qc is telling me the quest is not bugged). Is anyone else having this problem?

try to abandon and retake the quest

Sometimes the quest may fail to update on item possesion.

Put one or more quest items in your bank, relog and retrieve it to see "Quest Completed" again. After this do try to turn it in again. If the issue persists, please let us know through an ingame ticket.
