My character was deleted one month ago - Gm said to me : you have to collect 200 points to restore your character from the website - I collected 200 points, but I can not choose the deleted character in the recovery section of the character . Guide me plz

Are you certain you're in the correct version of the shop? There's a button just above the shop options that lets you choose between TrueWoW and PrimalWoW realms. I believe the default is TrueWoW, but if you're recovering a character from PrimalWoW you must select that realm before the character list will update to show recently deleted characters in the account listing.

If everything fails, let us know the character name.
Do remember that deleted-characters cannot be recovered after 30 days from deletion.

If this is true we need to change the shop's description as it gives a 90 day limit.

The player has submitted tickets. If I may speak for him, the character was deleted in the past month or so, he has the necessary vote points, and he is a TW server player. I do not have the name of the character he is trying to restore.
