So my girlfriend and I began playing on this server a couple years back and she can't remember any of her account credentials except for her in-game username. Is there anyway to recover her account without knowing her email or password?

Have her log in to her forum account and PM me the username in question. We can't pass out account info, but perhaps we can give a hint...

That's the thing. She doesn't remember exactly what her forum account was, the password or the email associated with it. She remembers exactly what the in-game account username sign in was and the characters on that account, but not the password.

Any update on whether this was able to be resolved?

No updates after 1 week so assuming this issue is resolved.
