Character Transfer Issue

Hello,

I just recently transferred my Tauren Druid from Retail. I attempted to change the character's appearance and name and it said that I am unable to select the race I have chosen. As a Druid I only have the choice to select Tauren. I've tried both changing just the name and the appearance as well as the name and neither works.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've switched your race change flag to a character customize flag. You should be able to change appearance and name now. Let us know if you continue to have issues, and remember that you may have issues with receiving mail until the first server reset (Wednesday).

Are there also known issues with chat? When I joined my friend's party I could see what they were typing but neither of us could see what I was typing in the chat pane. We could see each other in world and what I was typing was seen over my head briefly but neither tells nor party chat was showing up in the chat pane.

The server restarted earlier today. Can you tell me if you're still having issues now?

I just logged in and checked. I can confirm I am still having the issue. My messages aren't even showing in the chat pane when I do /say

Nevermind, for some reason the character came over with all those chat filters off. I fixed it.
