Unable to use an ancient frostsabre as an orc

I purchased reins of an ancient frost-sabre using my web points, but I keep getting 'Cant use that item' error.

I have done my training, and am level 40.

I'm sorry, Ancient Frostsaber is a faction specific mount, bound to Alliance. I can refund your points in case they can no longer be refunded by the shop refund feature.
